Hi, I made a purchase and by mistake I opened a claim with the Institute instead of with eBay. The seller says they refunded eBay, but eBay says that's not true and I've been left without the product and without my money. What should I do?

OP6 months ago2 have passed, and above all everyone says something different, namely Garnero claims to have refunded eBay and the latter denies that it can withhold sums...
