Hello, 2 days ago I placed an order. I paid and they sent me the shipping code. Despite this, as of today I still haven't received the order confirmation email, and the shipping code does not appear on the courier's portal. Considering that the seller has 91% feedback on over 2000 items sold, is it possible that I won't receive anything?
