No response to messages
But is it normal that the seller from whom I bought in mid-December is not responding to my messages about the order?
But doesn't eBay support keep an eye on anything?
They only think about deleting any messages where their guidelines are "violated"!

Mentore1 year agoThe seller has no obligation to reply to you, so ebay can't force them to be polite.
If there are problems, use ebay's procedures.

Then you don't know the Amazon platform!
I should also add that after almost 20 days from the order (order placed on December 15..shipped on December 18) instead of the €100 shoes, I received an envelope with GLS courier (January 2) containing a sheet of paper that said the package would arrive in 8/10 days because with the other courier(GLS) it cost too much!!!
And I was following the shipper to receive the gift I was getting for my son.
I guess you're a seller too!!!

It’s the answer to your question; on eBay the seller has no obligation to respond and no one can force them, not even eBay itself; we all know Amazon here but we also know that eBay is not Amazon and therefore doesn’t work the same way

Now that really sounds like a scam... Where do the shoes come from?
