good morning I bought a mobile phone in June 2024. The item was sold as new. In November, the phone in question stops working. The seller tells me to go to Samsung support. Samsung tells me that the phone had first been activated in June 2022, and so it is outside Samsung's official warranty. As a result, I ask the seller to take care of the phone repair. The seller then asks me to send him the phone so that he can carry out the repair. Result: I no longer receive any response from the seller. Two months have passed, and I don't know what to do. thanks for the support
