I can't physically pick it up from the seller
Hello I made a purchase of a used item without seeing that it had to be picked up in person from the seller, which isn’t possible because of the 500 km distance. I canceled the order but after a day I still haven’t received a response from the seller, is that normal? Thanks.

you cannot have canceled any order; that is up to the seller, whether to grant it to you or not.
If the seller does not accept your cancellation request, at the end of the delivery date, you can open a report:
