Good morning everyone, I’ve been on eBay for 23 years but I had never come across anything like this, and for the first time I’m posting on this community.I bought a Sthill miter saw in England 3 months ago for 547.99 euro and after the shipment was made (so they say) this package seems to have gone missing.I patiently waited, then wrote to him, he would reply after days, I had little time to keep up with these things and I reported the item as not received beyond 30 days (which until now I didn’t know were 30).Obviously I made a request to eBay but they tell me that since 21 days have passed since the last activity, they closed the request..! I also tried calling eBay on the phone but I was told that too much time has now passed, even though there were several emails made through eBay, which we exchanged in the meantime with the seller.Obviously the seller, who is definitely smarter and more dishonest than me, no longer जवाबs ...So do I clearly have to lose this money just because I waited too long ..?Any advice on what I can do, even if it costs me more money than I’ve lost so far ..? Fairness has always come first and this really doesn’t sit right with me.Thank you in advance to anyone who would like to help me
