It's not possible to give a negative rating
A buyer made a winning offer and after 7 days, has still not paid for the item and has made no communication. I wanted to leave negative feedback but it is not possible. Why?

Mentore3 years agoBecause as a seller you can only leave positive feedback.
Cancel the sale with the reason of non-payment and they will receive a warning.

Mentore3 years agoA warning is a much heavier sanction than feedback, one has few effects but.....
... After the second warning received, it becomes very difficult to keep shopping on ebay.
