It’s not possible to cancel the order
Hello, I need to cancel and refund an item I sold in June, but the system tells me it’s no longer possible to cancel the order and to contact the buyer (I’m waiting for a reply). How can I cancel it and refund it?
Even if I worked it out with the buyer to refund them via PayPal, how do I avoid losing the listing fee and close the pending order here on eBay?

on eBay you had 30 days from the sale to cancel properly.
Now it’s obvious you can no longer recover the fees, for eBay the transaction has already ended.
Be careful about making arrangements with the buyer... it would be better for him to open a dispute directly on PayPal... if you pay voluntarily in some way and then he opens a claim, you’ll refund him twice!
