WHY ISN'T IT POSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH ONE OF YOUR OPERATORS?
I NEED THE REFUND URGENTLY.

Mentore1 year agoThe refund is not immediate.
You have to wait for the technical processing time for both opening the request and receiving the refund... all of this can take up to 30 days.
