Maybe you need to distinguish POINTS from PERCENTAGE... which is nothing more than a very simple formula:
Positive / (Positive + Negative)
Ratings received by the user in the last 12 months

Maybe the feedback points?
Are you referring to the 95% percentage?
Within the year you received a negative flabek (feedback), so obviously you sold, even in the last month, and have the not perfect percentage...
If you mean something else, explain it...
