Mentore3 years agoYour shipment does indeed appear to have been delivered at the time and on the date you indicated.
The first question I have for you is whether you are from Ferrara or the surrounding area. You can ask the seller for a copy of the receipt for that tracking code; if your address is on it and it shows as delivered, there will be very little to do. Since I think all the time limits have expired, for a claim against the courier.
If instead the shipment does not show as having been delivered to your address, even if the time limits on eBay have expired, you can still open a dispute on the PayPal site (if you paid with PayPal) or do a chargeback on the credit card.
