The RETURN that Ebay Guaranteed doesn't exist!

I purchased some simple polystyrene panels, a pack of 30 pieces. The package measures 1 00x 0.50 x 0.25 cm. I declared a weight of 4 kg (it actually weighs 3.4 kg). When it came time to return them, the only point of reference is a phone number, and they tell me they are not the ones handling it, Ebay is!!!! I wanted to buy the return label and it tells me it is OUT OF SIZE to be able to return it!!!! (So much for the guaranteed return AT MY EXPENSE!!!!). But if YOU SENT it to me, shouldn’t you also be able to pick it up?

Mentore1 year agoApparently the seller didn’t use Packlink (which is not ebay) to ship it!
If it’s oversized for you, it was oversized for the seller too... so they must have used another shipping company.
