I am a long-time ebay customer and I would like to know why a Seller does not want to sell me a shirt that I have wanted to buy for a long time... When it comes time to pay, a red message comes up telling me that that Seller does not want to sell to me! I asked him and ebay for an explanation, but neither of them is answering me! I think it is my right to know why he does not want to sell to me! Thanks for any help!
