I still haven't received the credit for my last refund, and it's already been 6 business days; your rules say it should take at most 5.

……. But it doesn’t depend on eBay. eBay starts the refund within two days of the confirmation email being issued.
The subsequent timing depends only on your credit card and your account.

And here you're wrong, because if you actually read them you'll find it says it can take up to 30 days.
