I didn't cancel anything
I bought a pair of shoes in the morning at 11 with a confirmation email and everything. At 7 p.m. I got an email saying that my purchase had been refunded because the seller said I had canceled the order, but I didn’t cancel anything at all. What can I do? Among other things, I had found the exact same shoes on another site at the same price (which I can’t find anymore now), but I preferred to buy them on eBay

Mentore2 weeks agoThey were probably the same ones and were sold first on the other site.
The excuse that you asked to cancel the order serves the seller to avoid the selling defect on eBay (a warning that is given when it is the seller who decides to cancel).
To report the seller's improper behavior to eBay ... https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/segnala-un-problema-con-un-venditore?id=4022&st=3&pos=1&query=Segnala%20un%20problema%20con%20un%20venditore&intent=segnala%20ven&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1299
