I haven't received my order. The seller says it was delivered, but that's not true. Also, neither of them
I haven't received my order. The seller tells me it was delivered. They can't tell me neither to whom nor who signed for it. Absurd. What do you have to do in cases like this? I've already paid for it!

The seller will then have to deal with ebay and will have to provide the information you asked for.
If you don't get a response, after the fourth day, you can ask ebay to step in:
