I haven't received the payment, even though it shows as paid.
I made a sale of a cell phone and it tells me that the buyer has paid. I haven't shipped the product yet, and I entered the PostePay account as the payment and receiving method. But I still don't see any payment. Can someone point me in the right direction or help me with this, when do I get the money credited?

OP4 months agoYes, yes, I got it. The payment shows as pending for me. He says he paid to my PayPal, but I only entered PostePay as the payment card.

OP4 months agoIt says the payment is pending until April 16. and he says it's marked as paid on one of my PayPal accounts, but it seems strange, I don't even recognize my supposed PayPal email

Mentore4 months agoeBay intermediates the payments and you receive them via bank transfer into your account, but the buyer can also pay via PayPal.
You are a new seller, so as per the rules your money is on hold until April 16.
The important thing is that the email with the completed and paid sale, with the address included, has arrived.

OP4 months agoI have all the buyer's details, and I also exchanged phone numbers, and now there's confirmation of shipment pickup. Unfortunately, he said he was experienced, but instead he didn't know how to handle the purchase well.
Can I ask you specific questions if you know the answers?
The system says that within 48 hours it should unlock everything?? Does it work like that?? Or if I enter the shipment code, maybe it unlocks the payment sooner??
Everything shows as paid on PayPal, but in the end even though I don't have PayPal enabled on the site, it gets credited directly to the account I entered, right?? I mean, eBay “specifies” the payment on PayPal, right, as the standard procedure, so to speak??
Thanks for your help anyway. Very kind

Enter the shipping code because it's important, but the payment unlock timing is what it is.

Exactly, eBay provides various payment options for buyers, including PayPal, but you'll receive the payment as a credit to the account entered during registration.
