I haven't received the refund
Hello. I have not received the refund for an item I had previously returned .
The refund shows as completed on September 26. It says that it will take 3/5 business days. I don’t see that . I would need more information . thanks

How did you pay?
Have you received a confirmation email for the refund issued by eBay?
Remember that the refund always follows the same path as the payment, just in reverse... so if, for example, you paid via PayPal with a withdrawal from your bank account, the timing is longer but depends on PayPal, not eBay.
