I have not yet received the €28.80 refund related to order 24-10335-67330 even though more than 10 business days have passed since the case date. I would like clarification. Thanks

Mentore2 years agoIf you haven't opened any report and haven't received any email from ebay saying a refund has been issued, it means you're waiting in vain...
If, on the other hand, you've received confirmation, everything depends on the type of payment you made; generally it takes from 5 to 30 days.
