I didn’t receive the order confirmation email or the item I ordered and paid for with PayPal
I purchased a product as an unregistered user and paid with PayPal.
I didn't receive any order confirmation message and I didn't receive the item.
I've been writing to eBay for help for days, and they send me an email saying that they indicate below the order confirmation link, but there is no link.
How can I get a refund?
