I haven't received the email from the courier who is supposed to come pick up the package

Hello Sará because it is May 1st but the Poste Italiane courier has not sent me any email and I don't know when they come by to pick up the parcel at home how should I do to check this thing? PS: Obviously I have to send the parcel to a buyer...
