I didn’t receive anything
I haven't received the item for two months and eBay closed this transaction. The seller tells me they will send it again, but another month has already passed and no one is refunding my money or the item is arriving.

Mentore2 years agoYou had 30 days, from the estimated delivery date, to request a refund on eBay.
If it's too late now, all you can do is request a refund through the payment method you used: file a dispute on PayPal's website or request a chargeback from the credit card issuer.

OP2 years agoI asked for a refund from both the seller and eBay, but neither of them has given me my money back after a month. And no one is giving me an answer.
No one, for a month, has given me my money back and no one has given me an answer.
I don’t know who else to turn to to get my money back. Unbelievable!

Anyway, now, if you want the refund, you have to contact the payment method you used.
