I didn't receive an item.
Please, help me understand. If I don't receive the item, but the seller provides a shipping code that on poste.it shows as delivered in my own city (and not on my street and not even at my postal code), is the damage mine and there's nothing I can do about it?

OP1 year agoWell, interesting; it makes you not want to buy. A serious shipment search service on poste.it should at least indicate the zip code of departure and the zip code of delivery. That way, a buyer who has not received the item would know with almost certainty that the seller really shipped it. A shipping code that only confirms a delivery in the same city as the buyer is a joke.
Thanks anyway for the reply.

OP1 year agoP.S.: I mean the exact postal code and not the generic one (e.g., 20121 and not 20100).

Mentore1 year agoUnfortunately it's pure utopia... for example, the postal code of my town includes 19 municipalities and hamlets, for a radius of more than 10 km...
So it's not true that every single municipality has its own postal code.
Good afternoon.

Mentore1 year agoExactly... you'll have to claim it with the post office alone...
Best regards.
