I purchased and paid for a Swatch watch on August 29, 2024, at the price listed on eBay of €99.00.I was supposed to receive it yesterday, but it didn't arrive.Today I followed up on the delivery and checked the box confirming that I wanted the item.In response, I receive information that a refund has been initiated, which I did not request. It seems to me that the eBay guarantee предусматриes receiving the item and/or a refund.I want to receive the item.What do I need to do to get it?
