I was not allowed to exercise MY right of withdrawal.
I was not granted my right of withdrawal.
Calling people who don’t know the reason “shame” serves no purpose, but I’ll say it anyway:

Under Italian law, it is the community professional seller who must grant you the right of withdrawal; eBay and PayPal only help you exercise this right. To get their help, however, you have to follow their rules. If you don't want to follow their procedures, then you have to deal directly with the seller.
In your case, the mess was made by you, by opening a PayPal dispute and "... they (see eBay) at the moment the dispute is opened, not with them but with PayPal, block any further action, thus preventing you from exercising the right of withdrawal... ".
You can't ask for two refunds and it's obvious that one dispute blocks a similar parallel action.

OP6 months agoGood morning Mario, yes, of course, since I didn’t know the procedure I opened the dispute with PayPal and consequently eBay in this case no longer intervenes, ok, but there are three things to consider:
1) and that PayPal helps you exercise the right of withdrawal only if the goods are defective or incomplete, so I, as an honest person, stated the truth, namely that the goods were intact but not suitable for my vehicle, and for that they closed the case without helping me, so already this is absurd, the right of withdrawal must be accepted even without a reason, right?!
Think that if I had played cute and said “uh, there’s a screw missing,” they would have accepted it for me.
2) eBay should know PayPal’s policies and therefore not ask in advance for the possibility of proceeding; my case, precisely for procedural reasons only and nothing else, did not fall under PayPal’s policies.
3) The seller?!
in your opinion, apart from the facts above, if he had acted in good faith would he have disappeared like he did?! if he were serious he would have accepted the return anyway, moreover at no cost to him.
As I wrote, I offered him to exchange the item at my expense with the one suitable for my vehicle, which cost €16 less, so it would have cost him nothing, in fact he would even have made a profit, so what are we talking about?!
SELLER TO AVOID!!!
THE SERIOUSNESS OF A SELLER IS SEEN WHEN A PROBLEM ARISES, NOT WHEN EVERYTHING IS OK.
