I still haven't received the refund
I received a broken television. I started the refund request and the seller says they refunded me in full. eBay confirms it. But I’ve been saying for days that the card I used to make the purchase, a xmecards from banca intesa, doesn’t accept incoming payments. It’s a debit card used as an ATM card, or on Google wallet and it’s linked to the current account. I asked if I could give an IBAN or a poste pay, but nothing ... they say the payment method used is the only one where the order can be refunded. What should I do to get my money back?!

Mentore1 year agoThe refund can only be made to the card from which the payment was made. That’s why only your bank can help you.
