I haven't received the return label

Hi, I requested a return for an item I purchased. The return number is 5265176423 and the order number is 14-11532-90862. I haven't received the label though, and the item has disappeared from the order history, what can I do? Thanks

You don’t specify the reason for the return.

If it was due to nonconformity and therefore the label was the seller’s responsibility, ask eBay to intervene. https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/chiedi-ebay-di-intervenire-acquirenti?id=4701 If you can’t find the item, at the bottom of the page above you’ll see the link to have customer service call you.

If instead the return was because you changed your mind, the label is your responsibility. You can buy it here ….. https://resi.ebay.it
