Hello! I’m waiting for a package from Australia purchased on January 26. According to the tracking, it arrived at Customs on February 6, but from that moment on I lost all trace of the package. I called Poste Italiane just today (February 17) and I was told that there is no record that it even entered Italian territory. I asked for a refund, but eBay is asking me to wait before opening a dispute (which I should open in two days), telling me that in two days the package could probably arrive (ABSURD!). The problem is that I don’t feel protected by eBay, and there’s not even any talk of a refund, after spending a lot of money both for the item and for shipping!
