they won't let me report a package as not received

my package has been “in last-mile delivery” since December 18, it was supposed to be delivered by January 7, and today being the 8th I decided to contact the seller. THE SELLER IS UNAVAILABLE UNTIL FEBRUARY 4. after reading eBay’s info on deadlines I have 30 days from the delivery deadline to ask the seller for a refund, BUT IF THE SELLER CAN’T BE CONTACTED AND I ONLY HAVE 3 DAYS TO ASK FOR A REFUND AFTER THEY COME BACK??? I try to contact eBay directly and report that a package hasn’t arrived, IT WON’T LET ME OPEN THE PAGE TO REPORT IT. now what????

Mentore1 year agoYou don’t need to contact the seller to ask for a refund, but you need to open the correct claim:
