Hi, I bought a product on eBay, specifically an antenna.
The seller shipped it to me, I installed it but it doesn't work (I had a specialist install it for me), so I requested a refund and a return.
But I asked the seller for a return label because if I had paid out of pocket, I would have spent €40, crazy stuff.
After I shipped it, a month passed and there was no news, and today this antenna comes back to me again (new packaging from them), still with the same antenna I clearly sent.
now the seller doesn't जवाब me and they don't refund me. What can I do?

Since all this time has passed without any communication from you to eBay, the seller closed the case by saying they had replaced the defective item; or else the case was closed due to your inactivity.
