Good morning, I’m asking for information because I bought a product and the shipment tracking screen is stuck showing delivery today or tomorrow, it would be 29/01/25 to 30/01/25, and I also wrote to the seller almost four times to ask for information and I was totally ignored, honestly I’m starting to have a lot of doubts
could someone more experienced give me an explanation for this silence, thanks
and how should I behave, thanks

you can start worrying from tomorrow evening... so if the item still hasn't arrived, you'll be able to open a report:
