I can't ask eBay for assistance
Basically, I placed a preorder a while ago and paid, but it was supposed to arrive a week ago. It hasn’t arrived and it hasn’t been shipped, so I don’t have the shipping code (fair enough)
I can’t even request a refund because some time has passed
The seller isn’t answering messages, neither emails nor phone calls, nothing
What can I do? Thanks a lot

Mentore1 year agoIf it's too late for eBay, you need to contact the payment method, if you used Paypal, or do a chargeback with help from your bank.
