I can't make offers
I had won some auctions (two or three), all at the same time, I wasn't even thinking about it because they had been placed earlier and due to personal commitments I couldn't pay for them, but at the same time I had informed all the sellers, apologizing and asking them to cancel the order.

Mentore1 year agoThe seller has marked you as a non-paying user and with 2-3 reports like this it will be very difficult to keep buying on ebay.
Try talking to ebay customer support and find out how long you’ll be restricted.
