I can't take advantage of the sponsorship because my performance has dropped. I handled everything within the expected times and ways. Explain to me how this was possible and how I can restore everything as it was before. Thanks

Mentore1 year agoIf your performance has dropped, you need to improve the sales system and check where you need to improve.
If you have defects, you need to wait for them to expire... usually after a year... and constantly check that the new sales bring you to a higher level.
The check is carried out monthly.

Mentore1 year agoReading negative and response, I don't think you handled the dispute correctly.
Then, using a private account you can't indicate your VAT number and your contact info, and for you these would be mandatory details.
At the end of the month eBay will have to report your unusual activity to the revenue agency (DAC7 directive).
