I can’t change my password

I don't remember my account password. To change it, you need to authenticate via a message by email or SMS, sent by Ebay, which I never receive, after numerous attempts. I tried calling and chatting, but they won't help me unless I receive a one-time code, which you can only receive by accessing the account. So, to access the account, I first have to access the account! 😅
