Hello, I need help. I bought two light bulbs as a guest user but later I registered. One of the two doesn’t work, so I wanted to contact the shop to ask how to proceed. Unfortunately (I don’t know why) this purchase doesn’t appear in my purchase history and I don’t know how to contact the seller. I tried sending them a message using the form for another item, but got no reply. Do you have any idea what I can do?
