I can't type any messages

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

For some time now I haven’t been able to type any message to contact a buyer or a seller.

When I get to the contact the seller link, I type it in and the window opens where you write the message, but I can’t type anything and so the send message button doesn’t light up. what should I do???????
