I can't enter the standard mail rate
For about 10 days now, the system has only let me enter shipping rates for "ebay shipping" (meaning since the first time I used it)
for parcels that's fine because the rates are competitive. but when I sell small low-value items or books, where I used to use regular mail, now it no longer gives me the options
I contacted eBay but I got a reply from the artificial intelligence and it didn't understand my problem.
if someone can tell me the link where I can change the shipping costs when I post an ad, thanks in advance
