I can’t put an item up for sale

When I try to press the "list for sale" button in my listing, this message comes up
"Buying or selling offers outside of eBay are not allowed. Edit the listing by removing all contact information and requests to complete the transaction outside the site. For the safety of our users, we require that all communications and transactions remain on the eBay platform. To learn more, read our Rules on buying or selling offers outside of eBay."
I have already sold other items but this has never happened to me. Can you help me?
