I need to ship a package to Brazil through eBay. I had chosen international postal service when I created the listing. I go into the sales section to be able to buy the shipping label. I fill in all the data correctly. But the payment method (PayPal or card) doesn't appear, and every time I click confirm and pay, the page scrolls up to the customs declaration section. I'm desperate. No warnings about incorrect data appear or anything. International tracked shipping sends to Brazil. There are no problems, but it won't let me buy the label. At this point I'll change it, remake the listing, and choose the international courier option rather than international postal service
