I can't pay for an item

Good morning,
I recently finished and won an auction for an item, I’m trying to proceed with payment but this message comes up:
This seller does not ship the item to [province where I live] (Italy). You can:
- Update the shipping address and try again.
Contact the seller to request the order total.
When I click the REQUEST TOTAL button, I get this message in red:
The international shipping program already provides your buyers with an invoice for all items, containing shipping charges and import fees. Unfortunately you cannot modify these charges, not even to offer a shipping discount. When the buyer pays, ship the item to the specified shipping center in the United States and the international shipping program will forward it to the buyer. The buyer will pay you directly the item purchase price, plus any domestic shipping costs you specified in the listing.
I contacted the seller and he doesn’t know either what needs to be done..can someone help me? Thanks in advance for the valuable help!

Mentore11 months agoYou can't do anything, the seller has to step in.
The seller has excluded your area (or all of Italy) from the places he intends to ship to.
He has to cancel the sale and modify the listing, or he has to send you the invoice with the updated shipping costs for your address.
