I can't switch to a professional account
good evening, I created an eBay account a long time ago and now I don’t remember whether it was a professional account or not. Since I now have a business and I’d like to try listing some of my products, I wanted to know how to switch to an account that allows me to do this. I should mention that I’ve tried the various methods suggested on Google to switch to a professional account, but some steps don’t show up for me, like switching to a professional account
