I can't get a refund for items not received for 9 days
Ebay still hasn’t issued my refund after 9 days, and I can’t get in touch with a representative. Does anyone know how to talk to a representative?

Mentore1 year agoBefore speaking with an operator, did you make sure you requested the refund correctly?
Did you receive an email from eBay confirming that the refund was issued?
If you did, you just need to wait; a refund can take even 20/30 days.
