I can't get a refund.. or even add my card..
I was bought an item that I no longer have available and I need to refund the buyer.. I’m trying to enter my card with all the details but in the end it tells me that there was a problem.. I’ve been trying for days..
the buyer is waiting and I don’t know what else to do.. on top of that it’s impossible to get in touch with eBay customer service.. I really don’t know what to do..
