I can't reply to anyone, this isn't user support, only a few chosen ones are able to do it!!!
only those chosen by ebay can respond, and surprise, they are sellers, therefore they will always side with the sellers, there's no point in hoping for justice or in leaving negative feedback, it's not possible, so don't look at the percentages, they're not truthful, ebay doesn't allow them because it loses customers who give them commissions. I'm sure they'll hurry to delete this thought of mine, based on lived experiences.

That’s not true at all, it’s clear you don’t follow the community, otherwise you’d know that
it’s pointless to delude yourself into thinking you can get justice and post negative feedback, that’s not possible,
Negative feedback has never helped to get justice, what you need is to know eBay’s rules well - totally skewed in favor of the buyer - but everyone who makes claims like yours doesn’t read them.
I’m sure they’ll rush to delete this thought of mine, given that it comes from lived experience.
This also shows your total ignorance of how the community works, otherwise you wouldn’t have written it.
You can also contribute to the community if you want, of course if those are your contributions I think it’ll be tough....

OP1 year agoI admire you elected members when you respond technically to problems, but sometimes I see a bias in favor of sellers and in favor of ebay.
" eBay's policy - totally biased in favor of the buyer"
I may be ignorant as you say, but to me it seems the opposite

Mentore1 year agoInstead of firing off 0 without making sense, try explaining what happened; maybe you'll get a technically satisfying answer. If you read the eBay rules carefully, you'll realize they're totally tilted in favor of buyers.
Anyone who says otherwise says it because they haven't read them.

Mentore1 year agoI am authorized to respond in user support, even though I have never sold anything on ebay.
User support mainly deals with technical and procedural issues, and for this reason only the more experienced users can reply on that page.
You can start getting involved in the community and contribute on the other forum pages.
You’ll see that after a few thousand correct answers, ebay itself will contact you for user support.

OP1 year agoFrom your very kind and respectful replies, you’re admirable, but you’re a rare exception; anyway, you explained it well to me. Regards

Mentore1 year agoBesides the fact that it seems you don’t even know what you’re writing... could you describe your "lived experiences" on eBay, given your zero feedback?
At least you could be more useful to the whole community...
Thanks!

OP1 year agothe experience lived was of my husband who, extremely pissed off, told me that eBay closed a return case for him in 1 day after refusing a ridiculous refund.
"Besides the fact that it seems to me you don’t even know what you’re writing..."
the demented one is you!!!!

Mentore1 year agoThere, now it’s turning into insults... did I insult you maybe??
Ignorance is running wild!!

OP1 year agoHere we go, straight to insults... did I maybe insult you??
To tell a lady that she doesn't even know what she's writing is, to me, calling her a dimwit, so it's an insult; maybe you're so full of yourself that you don't even notice!!!!

Mentore1 year agoI repeat my thought... ignorance is rampant!

Mentore1 year agoSince pleasing everyone isn't one of my ambitions... "Telling a lady that she doesn't even know what she's writing, to me, is calling her dumb"... at this point I agree with you!
Have a good rest of your day!
