I can't ship the sold item
Good evening, I made a sale and the buyer paid as shown by the green check mark. Now I want to ship the item and, as always, I use “print label”; however, when it opens the “shipping manager” it doesn’t find anything and shows me a series of possible causes:
I’m in a very difficult situation because the shipment has to be made by tomorrow according to the listing terms.

If you have any problems, at the bottom there’s the button to request help from an operator.
