I can't send an item even though I accidentally clicked "shipped"
Good morning, I have a problem with a shipment headed to Israel, unfortunately I mistakenly marked the item as shipped but the package is still here with me
I can't manage to buy a label for the destination country (Israel), nor can I even go to the post office to send a package directly to that country.
The buyer hasn't responded for days.
I would like to cancel the sale but eBay is asking me to pay an amount on top of the full refund.... What can I do??

let's say this isn't the first mistake you've made on eBay...
If you cancel the sale, you have to follow what eBay tells you... if you have to pay... pay up!
Or look for other shipping services that accept delivery to Israel... but with what is happening in those areas, you will hardly find one...
Remove such complicated areas from sales??

Mentore1 year agoThis isn’t just about complaining; with a feedback percentage this low, eBay could impose selling restrictions on you, or even block your sales altogether.
On top of that, if you sell a lot of items as new as a private seller, they might ask you where and how you bought them to resell them.
