Good morning, I have a problem with a shipment headed to Israel, unfortunately I mistakenly marked the item as shipped but the package is still here with meI can't manage to buy a label for the destination country (Israel), nor can I even go to the post office to send a package directly to that country.The buyer hasn't responded for days.I would like to cancel the sale but eBay is asking me to pay an amount on top of the full refund.... What can I do??
