I can't send a gift to Iglesias

Hello, has anyone recently tried to send an item to the Iglesias area (South Sardinia)?
I've been trying for days, but when I get to the province it says the address is wrong and as a result it won't let me send it.
I don't understand why, this has never happened to me, I try to enter it as the shipping address but it won't let me do it.
Just to be clear, it's an item I want to give to another person, meaning I buy it and have it sent to Sardinia, I'm not a seller.
