I can't find the shipping information
Hi guys . I sold an item on eBay and did everything with eBay shipping. I selected BRT with home pickup with my address and it showed me pickup yesterday . ( Nobody came either yesterday or today ). Now I'd like to understand what to do. Since I didn't receive any email about the shipment, the pickup and so on. Also, the shipping code provided does not appear in BRT's systems

if you have downloaded and then applied the label to the package, the shipping information is reported there.
Obviously, if the package has not been shipped, it is normal not to find it in the BRT system.
Be careful to carry out the search correctly on the BRT website, using the correct section based on the number you have.
